Bright Starts Activity Yard Review and Giveaway

What would a baby shower (or in this case a baby shower promotion) be without a great play gym?

Bright Starts  sent me the Lion in the Park™ Activity Gym, and it's really great!

It folds up really thin for easy storage and travel. We actually took this with us when we went away for the weekend, and I'm so glad we did. Our car was packed and we couldn't possibly fit anything bigger. It worked out great, because I tried putting her on a blanket for tummy time- big mistake- she bopped her face right into the floor! This play mat is cushioned to prevent those sort of mishaps. She wasn't really interested in the playmat at first, but at 3 months she started loving it- grabbing for toys looking around...

There are lots of great activities and toys attached to keep baby busy. There's a soft plasticized mirror that attaches to the mat which is great for tummy time. The links can be played around with and moved to suit your fancy. The ladybug toy is plush and makes music (until the battery dies). You can link many other toys to the loops on the frame so your baby never get bored. This play gym is easy to put together and take apart, collapses nicely, mat is washable, and the price is wonderful. This activity gym has all the necessary features for an extremely reasonable price- just $30! I rather like the simplicity of it.  I think this makes a great shower gift as it is well priced yet significant! Sweet!
